10 stars ! Rodney and Perry, of service general, installed two new Trane "QuietComfort" HVAC systems in my home. including all new duct work. my home is 15 years old and had two R22 systems that never properly heated or cooled the various rooms. just awful. service general fixed all the problems by properly engineering the new systems. mind you i live 66 miles out of town and was pretty fussy about the details. Rodney and Perry never blinked at my demands. they TRULY want the customer to be fully satisfied and won't stop until they achieve that mark. if you want the "best", you want Rodney/Perry and Trane !

Timmy was our technician and was incredibly knowledgeable. He actually found that the unit had an install flaw which was causing the unit to activate the safety shut off. So incredibly thankful for his time, help and ability to answer any questions that came up during service. Timmy rocked it.
